And i thought "B" meant body, reminded me of Dumb and Dumber, the "S: for Samsonite
I put it on the back burner while I worked on the DT.
I fixed the exhaust pipe dents, also the front area was like Swiss cheese. The front part I brazed in sheet metal strips. The dented area I drilled holes, heated up pulled out with slide hammer. The dented part I added a little JB wend to fill in a few imperfections. I also had to weld the spark arester inside the pipe.

More pics.
I found this caliper paint, 900 deg and satin finish. I don't like flat exhaust paint and engine paint is 250 deg.

I’ve enjoyed your build so far as I like to look at all things vintage enduro and isdt. Imagine my horror when I realized you’re making a drag bike out of it! I can see it now, big expansion chamber, 18” front wheel and drag bars! The headlight gives it away. Haha haha! Seriously, nice work so far. Thanks for taking us along on your project. Can’t wait to see your curnutts! (Sp?)
