I'm a BBq sauce lover, over the years I've tried several kinds. I now have it narrowed to one brand, HEINZ.
That's right HEINZ, not those high dollar signature ones, HEINZ. Yes it's cheap, about $1.78, but they are good. Good ingredients also, especially NONE of that HIGH Fructose corn syrup, it has good old cane sugar. Grab your brisket boys and get a cookin'.

So grab your partner and do si do here we come with the cotton eyed Joe.

Big fan of Sweet Baby Rays! Of course, my ribs are so good it’s kind of a shame to put any sauce on them. LOL

For serious BBQ, like cooking a whole pig or boston butts, a homemade sauce. Old family recipe.

I reckon sauces hide/destroy the flavour of good quality meat . Same as sugar is a contaminant in good quality espresso coffee...….. That's my view for what it is worth. Maybe the quality of Australian meat and coffee is different...!;)

There's an old saying here in the US when it comes to bbq... "if you're saucin', you're hidin'" ;)

If I 'm cooking chicken on the grill, then it's Sweet Baby Rays.
