I like those old BMW's, not a ton of power but handled decent and dependable.

Thanks Mark

I just recently put that heater up. It comes in handy this time of the year while I'm waiting for the woodstove to get hot in the mornings.
WOW! $51,150!!!!

Here's a pair of Z50's. Mine beside a friends. It's his from his childhood. Belongs to the same guy that owns R50.

I restored it for him for his kids to ride. His is the one in front.

Those are sweet looking Z50s. I have one on deck that will probably be next winters project. Mines not the hardtail version. It's a 74, but it was free!

Nice mini! When it comes to smiles / mile, you can't beat a Z50 mini trail. :likey

When you do, I hope you post it in the "other bikes" section here! A lot of us love those little 50's... and so many here have them! I would love to see more of yours and the other ones members have.

Hope I don't get disciplined for drifting this thread but I never miss an opportunity to show off my '68. This is what made me king of the neighborhood back in the day. All the other boys in the neighborhood had "lawn mower engine" mini bikes.

The hours spent riding my Enduros is not deducted from my life span.

Things have been moving a little slow on my RT project. We've had some nice weather here in the Blue Ridge Mountains so I got an early start on a spring project. So I now have two projects I'm working on.

I think this is what's called a she shed.

Today we had snow, sleet and freezing rain so I got to spend the day in the garage. I made a little progress, removed the aftermarket crankshaft seals, replaced them with Yamaha seals and engine back in the frame.
