UPDATE
Offer made and accepted. I feel like the bike is going to be in good hands. Maybe I'll get a chance to ride it once it's on the road again!
Hi,
I am a new member here but I was a member of another Enduro forum a while back.
I've owned a DT-306 for the better part of 40 years. Unfortunately, the bike didn't run well or often when I got it and I didn't have the money for repairs. So it went into the barn. The problem with the bike was with the CDI. When the bike ran, it ran well.
Fast forward to today. I am in the process of selling the property where the bike is located and it has to be moved. I have two choices; let it go to a good home or park it in my garage until I have time to bring it back to life myself. The bike has 4734 miles and I still have the title. So you will have no issues with registration, if I go that route.
Beyond the CDI, there are all the issues with a bike that has sat in a barn for 40 years.
Who wants it? Or convince me to keep it? The bike is located in North Carolina.
Joel

Almost complete. It's missing the turn signals. And apparently the bolt that holds the horn in place.
