Sleeper Pipe Review #21
Dave: Have not sent the pipe yet. Go ahead with whatever else you have going on, and I'll send it as soon as I can get out of school while the P.O. is open. Been working 7-7 most days lately. No hurry when you get it. Many moons til riding season starts up here in the great wilds of Wyoming....

Sleeper Pipe Review #23
Hi Dave,
Just wanted to let you know that I did “the maiden voyage” on my 1975 DT 400 with your sleeper pipe....wowza! That thing runs like a scolded cat!! Having some issues on the low end...runs a little rough, will have to tinker ......anyway, great work! Did you put a number on mine? I can’t seem to find it. Jim

Yes run103 we are still doing these pipes. In regards to the DT3 pipe it needs to be complete internally as we retain the internal spark arrestor. So no go ...will need to use another pipe.

Send me a PM if you would like to discuss further.

We like them "scolded cats ! " :)

You will find your SP number at the rear of the pipe where the silencer attaches.

I am sure once you get it tuned it will run even stronger.!

Keep us posted on your progress

Sleeper Pipe Review #27
Oh this is sweet!! Do you make sleeper pipes for the 1974 DT250?? And if you did would you be able to suggest any jetting? Also my pipe has a minor hole somewhere... better buying a new one or patching this one?

Thanks!!

Yes we make a 1974 DT250 Sleeper Pipe....your jetting shouldn't change unless your pipe is plugged up. We can repair minor holes.
You willl need to send us your pipe AND silencer. The Sleeper Pipe thread has the current price list.
Send me a Private Message if you want to proceed or if you have further questions?

Sleeper Pipe Review #29
I can tell you I was able to ride a 75 DT400 (same pipe architecture as the 74 DT250/360) and the difference was not only noticeable, but really astounding. Better tractability throughout the throttle range and just a nicer power band.

Assuming I get going on some of my other projects and get them out of the way, I may need to get one for myself!

IF it isn't one thing, it's another.
