DT175 Fresco Big One Full System Exhaust (Unboxing) #1
Hey everyone! Many moneys later I have received my Big One exhaust! Absolutely pumped on this thing. Construction is similar to the stock exhaust, albeit the two feel like they weigh the same. The stock exhaust does have all that baffling so that could be why. If you'd like to see more of it feel free to check out the video below. I am tempted to just run the silencer for now...my engine isn't 100% and I don't really want to put the exhaust on it until it gets work done.

Would anyone know what jetting change is required to run this bad boy on a stock motor?

Kosmo, I recently purchased a 1978 DT 175 and am looking to upgrade the exhaust system. How has your experience been with this system? Are there other aftermarket silencers you can use with the big one exhaust vs. using their complete system? I have seen some people using FMF?

Hey rhineman, I am going to be trying just the Big One silencer on a stock expansion chamber very soon...will provide results. I have also heard of people using an FMF one but I'm not sure how they make the pipe bends fit.
