A momentary push button or even toggle switch that connects the blue/white solenoid wire to ground when pressed is all you need for a start button...

Lots of very common motorcycle kill buttons that clamp to the handlebar are out there that would work. Downside is they are usually used as kill buttons so someone might press it to try to stop the engine.

Hi guys ,
Thanks mark ,very helpful ,also what's the best transmission oil and two stroke oil to use for this bike as I want to get it right don't want to use something that is to rich or not good enough ,I'm almost at that point now to try to start it up ,got new battery ,fitted new points and got new spark plugs think I sorted the wiring out its all connected (fingers crossed its right ) well after being dormant like a box of junk for over 20 years and me spending ages trying to restore it from scratch (engine rebuild) the whole works the thing better work lol

Hi guys , the paintwork don't look good cosmetically at the moment but all I'm interested in at the moment is getting it to start up and run once I've achieved that I can start on respraying it I will send a picture (or short video if possible ) of it running if it starts
