My ex-brother in law passed recently and I was helping clean out his home. His family owned a motorcycle dealership in the 70’s-80’a and his home was full of all kinds of parts and bikes. He had several bikes from the 70’s that had never been ridden and he had a “in crate” 1981 SR 500. I think one of the bikes was a TT500 and another was like a 1978 500 enduro. The tanks was White, red and black and neither of those had ever been ridden.
Anyhow, his ex was left everything snd we needed to get what we could out of the house quickly. I picked up an amazing 1973 CT3 175 and as many tanks, seats and parts as I could find. The 175 is in amazing shape with 5K miles and super clean. Plus I have new parts I can use to rebuild. But, I have many extra parts that I’m sure someone is looking for. I don’t do eBay or things like that but I probably should. Haha
I also have several parts (many brand new) for a XS 1100. Seats, tank, carb, etc.
So, beside being a newbie to the forum and only knowing what little I know, do you have recommendations for selling these parts or connecting parts with collectors who are looking?
Take a look at my Picts, I’m sure people will need some of
these things. It’s awful that still so many parts went to the dump. Ugh!

Some one with the know-how will be along soon...  Have you the ability to hold on at least for a week before yer better half demands it "disappear"?

Thanks for responding! I do and other light assembly parts.
Yeah, she’s on board now that I cleaned up the garage. Haha
I’m in no hurry so as I learn more about the forum, I’m sure I’ll catalog and post many items on the site. I’ve got to figure out how to post all the pictures I took. Maybe I can provide a link to a separate photo site if they allow it.

Quick question, can I edit my postings once they are posted?
