To the oil pump? If you can't find any on Ebay/online check out local junkyards and see if you can find a similar bike if you are interested in an oem cable. You can also go to many bike shops and have one custom fabricated, or you can fabricate one yourself there are some tutorials out there. Best of luck!

Just google RD50 if RD60 gets nowhere. I'd guess they're all the same. But here's an RD50MX complete cable. Not familiar with this model but a complete cable would be a good starting point even if needs modifying a little.

maybe just google or ebay every variation of the RD60 you can think of like GT50 GT80 RD50.
Here's an RD60 top cable to follow up if freight doesn't stuff that idea.

Looks like you'll have enough things do do to keep you busy for a while. An RD50 seat would be the same but finding one is a different story. If you've only just bought the bike, & as it sits in the pics, I'd be tempted to get it running as is to then decide what important before you get too far into spending money. See how the motor sounds & if the clutch & gears operate, things like that. If you can't get a seat you might have to take the tail piece off & fit a normal long seat of something. Do like the paint job though.
