BTW, I herby nominate the Yamaha AT1 as a perfect Mid-Ohio bike. Not too big. Not too small. Just right. Perfect camp bike. Easy to load on and off my truck.  Handily hauled me and my gear around the premises for all I wanted to do. Sped around the road track, rode the trials course through the mud and over streams, up hills through the woods, and even hauled ass around the motocross course when no one was looking. Could have sold it 10 different times. Won't sell it, ever.

So who among us will be back to Mid-Ohio Vintage Motorcycle Days this year? I've been invited to show my 69 At1 at the VJMC booth.  Will be camping Thursday through Sunday.  Stop by and say hello!

I am looking forward to a great time, and will be there Friday afternoon through Sunday at noon.  The schedule shows the flat track racing at the Ashland county fairgrounds Saturday evening at 6, but subject to change.  I always go to see the flat track racing!  You have to drive and pay extra, but it is worth it.

I missed EVERYTHING last year lol. I saw some of the racing on the sports course but missed the trials, flat track racing and whatever else was going on. I was too busy having fun on my bike and buying stuff. I dont know where the flat track racing is but i definitely wanna see it this time.

I'll be camping near the top of the hill where I was last year. JayB knows how to find me. Flat track sounds fun too. I'm in! Can't wait. See you guys there!

I will be there Friday and Saturday. No Yamaha's currently running
so I will be bringing my Hodaka to get around on. (Don't shoot me!)

Hemibusa37 (warp9 danger don) and I are going thursday to camp. I don't have reservations for a spot any advise?
I was told competitors get in early. I can do a walk up to compete and get an AMA  paper that will get me in early.  Or come in between 5pm and 9pm Thursday ,no lining up early (not sure how that doesn't happen).
I have only been for day trips by car on foot to the event so I know nothing about camping or competing, any help would be greatly appreciated.
If I can get signed up I will be riding the Trials event on the untested 1978 Yamaha TY 250 (last year twin shock
, not sold in USA).
Looking forward to linking up with anyone attending, I will PM some of you to exchange phone numbers.

I'm going too. I check into my hotel room in Mansfield on Thursday late afternoon and stay until Sunday afternoon or until the money runs out. I'm not bringing a bike this time, maybe next year. Driving the Chevy Cobalt because the truck gets a miserable 16 MPG.

I'm mostly interested in some DT175 parts and maybe a few 1920 Harley parts. It'll be my first time there so if you guys have some pointers that would be great. Not sure where the parking is. Gate #1 and park in the lot along Steam Corners road? I might watch some of the competitions but I'll mostly be shopping.

Is there a meetup planned?
