Thanks, another item I need to add to the shopping list. I have one but it's old (like me and a lot of stuff I have) and very difficult to use.

Your not alone brother. I turned 63 on the 4th. Old aint so bad as long as you can keep it all goin...B)
Anyway today's progress. Prepped the swing arm for paint. Took mucho mucho sanding to smooth it out.
It is shown soaking with a coat of Gibbs stuff on it. I really like this stuff. Will paint it in the next couple of days.

So here's what I really like about the Gibbs.
It protects the metal from rusting while it sits waiting for paint. :)
And when you have time to paint, just wipe it down with a clean cloth, (I prefer soft micro cloth, because it grabs everything), and paint.

Beating a different drum today...  DECALS !
Last winter I put the reproduction Speed & Sport decals on my wifes helmet.
They had tiny little bubbles when I got done in a couple of area's so I was A little hesitant to do mine.
BUT, like they say don't worry, they will go away and will lay flat or curved in my case. And they did.
Hard to believe a flat decal can look this sweet with a little patience. More practice for the side panel decals I need to do when I get them.

Made a very nice score today.
My old dealer buddy is cleaning out his barn.
He Gave me a box of IT & early enduro parts.
I can use most of the IT stuff on my current IT175 project. Not sure at this point what to do with the Enduro stuff. I'm thinking the mirror can be used on one of my machines. The tail light appears to be pre 74 & complete. If someone needs it here in the US, send me a pm. And the electrical harnesses are well, just fodder for what ever the need. Some of the bulbs are surely good.

Sounds like a dealer buddy. He gets ya hooked with free stuff. Next time you go back because you really need something, it’ll cost you dearly. :ROFLOL
Wait, seems you’ve been hooked for a while.

I wish I had room for one of the early IT 175s or 250s. They are classic and timeless like the enduro line. Nice work as always!
