Please disregard all info regarding Caltric part replacement for "Outlet Pipe" from previous post.  Three of them arrived today. 
NO dimensions of the part are the same between all 3. The quality control is horrendous. Not even the end cap can be used because the retaining screw hole/nut does not line up with the existing hole in the flange. I hope this reaches you before you
ordered any. I hit the SUBMIT button before I had parts in hand. Yes that price was too good to be true. I should have known.
