Hi everyone,

I have a 1973 CT3 with no spark. Looks as if the coil has a few broken wires. My question is regarding rewiring the ignition coil on my stator plate. I’ve found the resistance specks and all other information I believe I need to get the job done but one thing I can’t find is what size magnet wire to use. I burned the insulation off of a small section and mic’d it. I believe it to be a 23.5AWG but I’ve found that this size is difficult to come by. I’m wondering if I have the correct size or if wrapping with either a 22 or 24 would be ok?

Any and all help is appreciated. Thank you
