I’m not very good at reading wiring diagrams and I’m hooking everything back up except the blinkers. Any advice? Thanks

Start by trying to match up colours first. Usually ignition switches and handlebar switches have multi wire connectors that will only plug in one way. Start from one end of the bike connecting up one thing at a time and take your time to test each thing as you go along to make sure it works.
It could take a few hours and a lot of trial and error.

Yep just follow the colors. Blinkers that you aren't using should have a dark green & dark brown left over in the headlamp & at the rear These two colors can confuse in the headlight as should have light brown in there too plus a green different to the dark green. Good advise from MrBernzo above.

Three Red Wires for:

Battery
Rectifier
In-Line Fuse
